  • Immediately pour cold water
  • Ice packing and cooling blankets
  • Rehydrate by giving water and other fluids
  • Remove tight clothing
  • Sit in a shady place if you are outdoor
  • Coldwater sponging
  • Go into a cool place with air condition
  • Go to any nearby hospital to get IV FLUIDS
  • Rest at home for the next few days
  • Take shower with cold water

Heat Stroke is one common problem during summer but Prophylactic measures should be taken to avoid it. If you get hit with a heat stroke. Make sure to follow the aforementioned remedies. But If the situation does not settle at home. Go to the hospital right away without wasting a second because it’s dangerous.
